Located in the beautiful city of Brentwood, California, Merrill Gardens at Brentwood features a large central courtyard for the residents with a pool, outdoor dining and BBQ, walking path, areas for outdoor games, stage, and a gathering space with a firepit and pergola element. A secondary courtyard references the city's agricultural history by incorporating lemon trees, several large tenant gardening planters, grapevines, strawberries and blueberries. Private patios are highlighted by several varieties of trees and shrubs, and the site incorporates several low-water use plants.
