This senior housing project is located in the center of Hillsboro, Oregon. At the ground level, new street trees and a wide sidewalk provides ample street connection to improve walkability and easy access to the commercial spaces. Outdoor seating along Main St. complements the retail area and an outdoor dining area along NE 4th Ave. provides active social place for residents. The outdoor extension of the activity room on the south side, surrounded by a raised integrated planter with dense trees, shrubs, and groundcover provides a more private outdoor space for residents.

The roof deck amenity space is designed to accommodate several types of uses, including an outdoor kitchen and dining, lounge furniture, and tenant gardening. A special double-sided fireplace offers a quiet and cozy corner to residents.  Several units feature private patios, with raised planters with trees, shrubs and groundcover.
