Marvelle is a senior housing community with five levels of residential units over two levels of parking and common amenity space.  The level 3 deck will feature a large raised built in planter with trees and shrubs to the west to filter strong afternoon sun, a hot tub with a custom pergola structure and lighting, raised planters with shrubs and small trees, a firepit and outdoor seating, and a BBQ area with tables.

 New street trees, street furniture, shrubs, and groundcover create a buffer from the traffic on Baker Boulevard and Andover Park E. At the corner, the landscape is pulled back to create a small entry plaza for the building.
