A generous upper level roof deck hosts several amenities catering to the active senior residents, including a fireplace, a variety of outdoor seating, raised gardening beds, and BBQ area, surrounded by raised planters with trees and green roof. Private terraces throughout the building are highlighted with vibrant raised planters and integrated plantings. The main dining area opens out to a courtyard with string lighting and raised integrated planters, creating an outdoor room. Located in the vibrant, pedestrian-oriented Ballard neighborhood, the projects streetscape features street trees, shrubs and groundcover, as well as several benches and bike racks.
