Location: Bellevue, Washington
Client: Wright Runstad & Company
The proposed Block 15 commercial building project in the developing Spring District of Bellevue features a large ground level plaza with integrated planters and seating, as well as a central water feature, providing amenity space to building tenants and the public. A generous setback along 124th Ave SE allows for several trees, layers of shrubs, and groundcover between the building and the multi-modal path. Amenity decks on levels 2 and 3 provide large outdoor gathering spaces for the building tenants, with integrated planters and seating, as well as extensive green roof. The roof level also incorporates green roof, responding to the building’s design.
