The Spring District Retail Pavilion provides a deli and restaurant, while the basement level holds a large quantity of bike parking and locker rooms, catering to the transit riders and cyclists for the new light rail station. The landscape also includes several seating opportunities, and plenty of room for a large volume of pedestrian circulation through the plaza. A green roof on the second level helps with stormwater management and turns the outdoor dining area into an oasis.
