Located along North Stone Way, a critical commercial arterial, Broadstone Vin provides a wide sidewalk and ample street connection to improve walkability and easy access to the retail spaces. Bike racks encourage the connection to the Burke-Gilman Trail and recreational opportunities. Outdoor seating complements the retail shops located on the street level in the pedestrian-friendly Wallingford neighborhood.

An active roof deck is a fundamental element for urban living style, offering residents a social and relaxing place. The main roof deck is divided into a outdoor game area, BBQ/outdoor kitchen and "living room".  Raised planters with trees and shrubs help define space and provide some screening. Green roof around the roof deck adds visual interest to the view of Lake Union, as well as helping mitigate stormwater runoff and reducing the urban heat island effect.
