Located in the developing Vancouver Waterfront neighborhood along the Columbia River, this 7-story mixed-use project will be part of a vibrant, urban environment, providing retail space at ground level and housing above. A south-facing ground-level courtyard provides a space for retail to spill out, highlighted by a feature tree and a feature wall, and integrated seating. A residential courtyard at Level 3 provides a variety of amenity spaces to the residents, including a firepit and seating, outdoor kitchen and dining areas, a gaming area, and private patios for the adjacent units.
