This residential campus consists of six apartment buildings with a total of about 450 units, and a clubhouse. Due to topography and existing conditions, this site preserves and enhances large groves of trees, creating a generous buffer at several points, and a connection to Garden Springs Creek. A play area features a large play structure, picnic tables, and benches. Large bioretention swales treat on-site stormwater. The clubhouse features a patio on the east side overlooking the natural area, and a path winding down through the undisturbed area towards the creek.
