This project is a seven-story mixed-use building in West Seattle along Fauntleroy Way SW. Stepped planters and stairs along the Fauntleroy Way frontage provide a transition to the elevated "dock" along the live/work units. Stepped planters and a generous planting strip along the steep SW Edmunds Street help navigate the steep grade, and provide visual interest for pedestrians navigating to the pedestrian connector up the hill to the east. Integrated and independent planters create privacy for residential patios on upper levels, and a small amenity deck on the southwest corner also hosts outdoor seating, string lighting, and a BBQ.
