The roofdeck at The Rivet hosts several amenity spaces, including a covered outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, a firepit with lounge seating, Pet Park, ping-pong table, and seating areas. Greenroof areas and raised planters help define spaces, and along with a lower-level bioretention planter, help mitigate stormwater. Raised planters at the sidewalk level create a lush edge and provide privacy for ground floor units. A generous planting strip and street trees enhance the pedestrian experience in the urban Cascade neighborhood. The Rivet achieved LEED Silver rating.
