The serene courtyard at One Lakefront features a custom central water feature, with integrated planters and larger trees. The water feature at the main entry along Westlake Ave. N. flows around the glassy lobby pavilion, and into the courtyard. Large roofdeck areas overlook Lake Union, and feature outdoor kitchens/BBQs, open "cabana" rooms with string lighting, Pet Parks, and several seating areas. The streetscapes have layers of vegetation, creating privacy for residents and a pleasant pedestrian experience.
