This seven-story multi-family affordable housing project is located in the Bitter Lake neighborhood. The generous setbacks along Linden Avenue N. and N. 143rd Street allow for stormwater management with bioretention swales and enhance the streetscape with a variety of trees, shrubs, grasses, and groundcovers. The main entrance plaza on the south side of the building features several integrated seating opportunities and tenant gardening planters. The spacious courtyard on the second level features a large gathering space and a play area with a covered stage element. Integrated metal planters provide a pop of yellow color that ties together with the building canopies and accents.
