This affordable housing project, housing formerly homeless tenants, provides indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, as well as supportive services and 24-hour staff. The northeast corner of the site opens up to provide a pedestrian plaza with planting and seating near the main entrance. The tenant courtyard features common space with several integrated seating areas, and landscaped areas with trees, shrubs and groundcover. Bioretention planters treat stormwater from the site.
